| A circadian snare |
I've been really excited about writing for the last couple of days. It's been great (arguably as great as it gets), but it has totally thrown me off my circadian rhythm. Yesterday I was up until 8 am and today I woke up at 5.30 am.
It's funny how trivial sleep (and food... and hygiene) get when you're on a (drum) roll.
