"You think I'm pretty / without any makeup on"

Sometimes I wish my radio had a built-in filter that would strip away the makeup of modern production from songs. I would call it “The early 90’s filter”. Back then it was easier to notice good songs, because they weren’t so buried in unnecessary makeup.
